Who are we and what do we do?

We are a private business working as Personal Instructors, to help bring a new form of training to the fitness industry. We, as Trainers, specialise in not just the training aspect to one-to-one training, but also the other components we struggle to get under the same roof such as therapy, postural integration and corrective exercise strategies and thorough nutritional expertise. Our work is detailed, our work is top quality with personalised profiles you can see on a weekly basis, to practically see your results in every step of your journey. We already have so many unbelievable cases of success from weight loss of up to 10 stone and postural change in short time and staggering pictures that demonstrate such change that its no wonder why we are getting so busy. All we want is your commitment and let us deal with the rest. Remember you have one body, so train it that correct way.

When participating in exercise, how many of us actually take a moment to acknowledge the sensation and movement being formulated. How many of us facilitate effective neuromuscular integration? Ironically, most of us recognise the precipitation of neurological neglect in the form of pain. So lets not forget that every physical and sensory reaction, every movement, every memory, every emotion are systematized by the brain, an organ that grants supreme value above all other internal anatomical features, like a king governing its kingdom.

Every exercise is based upon the foundations of posture and the systems that coordinate such movement patterns. Without understanding the kinesiology behind these movements we are simply left with the compensatory adaptations. Our body is designed to do more than simple isolated muscular movements, so exercises like the chest press and the bicep curls are examples of our developing biomechanical deficiency. Humans are contralateral bipedal organisms but ultimately these characteristics are becoming eliminated. To achieve progress, movement within all our anatomical planes incorporating our complex express mechanical chains, will encourage results, along with a well conditioned and optimised human being as our course of evolution has granted us.
