Do not use this solicitor. Ross Wagstaff recieved instruction from a client to submitt not guilty plea. He chose against the will of his client to submitt a guilty plea. then when he is sacked because of it and leaves his client to face being found guilty when innocent. He walks back into court and says to the magistrate LIES. He Lies in court. You are not in a position to defend his client your words. are not i was dismissed i can no longer attend. but you felt you had to get the last word in. Mind you your best mates with probation to the point they are even recommending you when they are conducting pre sentance reports. Your a disgrace to the industry and should have you license removed. Just go guilty its quicker.........Really Ross
